This role is in Reading.\nThis is field based 42.5 hours per week\nYour Contribution\nIn this role, you'll engage in a variety of activities involving pre planned maintenance on refrigeration cases. You will be liaising with store managers and ensuring cleans are carried out to the correct specification. Be responsible for a van, tools and equipment. You must log on to all systems required for that site and supply a full site audit on every site. Working under and helping your line manager to ensure the smooth running of our operation is also key. You must be able to maintain an effective working relationships with each customer.\nHere are some key responsibilities:\nOften working individually, but also working alongside various team members when required\nTo carry out PPM within store and ensure all contractual aspects are completed\nComputer literate as you will be required to document all works carried out via appropriate apps and be using emails daily\nYour journey\nYou have a customer-focused mindset with good communication abilities.\nExperience in the same or a similar role is desirable\nFull driving licence (mandatory)\nFGAS Cat 4 is desirable\nBasic Electrical Training is desirable\nAt Epta, we believe our employees are the driving force behind our success.
