Our minds never sleep.\nBenefits Include:\nProfessional Development/On the Job Training\nHealth and Wellness Benefits\nClean, Friendly, Safe work Environment\nRecognition and Rewards Program\nTuition Reimbursement\nCompetitive Pay/Merit Increases\n401k w/ Company Match\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nSHIFT DETAILS:\n2nd Shift\nMonday - Thursday 2:00pm - 12:30am\nCOMPENSATION\nTotal 2nd-Shift Pay: $21.06-$23.76 per hour\nIncludes base pay of $19.50-$22.00 per hour plus an 8% second-shift differential.\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nThe Finisher primarily performs hands-on tasks, including laser marking, assembly, mass finishing, final cleaning, and chemical finishing of manufactured parts, while adhering to established quality systems, processes, and procedures to ensure an effective manufacturing flow, with accuracy, and fulfillment of all customer requirements.\nThis position as well will support:\nPerform daily laser cutting and welding operations, including preparing, staging, loading, unloading, and handling components, as well as laser marking, deburring, cleaning, assembly, and other secondary operations.\nMaintain production flow, communicate part or process concerns, support inspection needs, and work with Quality and Manufacturing to ensure components meet documented requirements and production schedules.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nAdhere to the Quality Management System and documented processes\nFollow SOP's, Work Instructions, and processes\nAssist with training and cross training other team members \nInspect and hand deburr parts using magnification/microscope \nPerform secondary operations, including laser marking, assembly, mass finishing, final cleaning, and chemical finishing \nEmployees must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions.\nCan get along with co-workers and peers and respond appropriately to feedback from a supervisor in a professional manner.\nMaintain cleanliness and line clearance of work areas\nSuggest improvements for inspection work processes and methods \nEDUCATION: High school diploma or GED equivalent required\nEXPERIENCE: Technical training in the utilization of inspections methods and equipment, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
