Specific Responsibilities Check and discuss with MKTG and sales on new requests for new development. Design and create drawings, BOM and ECQ for new development, brand updating and improvement, and support master data team to input them in SAP and EPIC. Lead to complete specified new development project, including design, samples and prototypes, test and verification. Work with purchasing, production, quality, MKTG and sales for relevant points during the whole development process, including equipments and fixtures, documents, etc. Technical innovation on product to improve performance, reduce cost and follow MKTG trend in this field. Maintain drawings, BOM. Update drawings and BOM to master data, purchasing, quality and production department. Apply new technology, material and manufacturing process to product Involve, cooperate with and support to Production, Purchasing and Procurement, Quality control and Sales department to achieve the specific and annual target. Finish temporary task assigned. Performance evaluation for subordinates. Other issue arranged by the company.
