# Product Manager

Product Manager Job Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive our product portfolio through its entire Product Life Cycle (PLC) from initial market launch to final production exit. In this role, you will define and execute commercial objectives (sales, market share, turnover) and spearhead the most effective marketing and go-to-market strategies to ensure long-term product success. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Degree in Engineering (specifically Mechanical), Marketing, or Product Management Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with mandatory background in the refrigeration industry/market space (within industrial, commercial, or mechanical sectors) Management & Market Experience: Demonstrated management experience handling products of a similar scale, with specific expertise in either B2B or B2C markets.
