This role is designed for an early-career professional, recent graduate, or career starter who wants hands-on experience at the intersection of marketing, AI, automation, and content creation.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and test AI agents using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. \nTrain AI agents using approved product messaging, sales content, customer insights, and brand guidelines. \nAssist in creating social media posts, blogs, emails, and campaign content using AI tools. \nDevelop customized sales presentations tailored to specific customers, industries, and buyer personas. \nProduce short-form and long-form videos for social media, product launches, webinars, and internal communications. \nCreate brand-compliant images, graphics, animations, and multimedia assets using generative AI tools. \nResearch competitors, market trends, and customer needs using AI-powered analytics. \nAssist in creating executive presentations, thought leadership content, and customer-facing materials. \nAnalyze campaign, website, and social media performance and generate actionable insights. \nTest and improve AI-generated content for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency. \nSupport sales and marketing teams by creating enablement content, battlecards, and customer communications. \nBuild and maintain knowledge libraries that improve AI agent performance over time. \nExperiment with new AI tools, prompting techniques, and automation approaches. \nPartner with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency. \nPresent recommendations, findings, and AI project outcomes to marketing leadership. \nStay current on emerging AI technologies, content creation trends, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities. \n\nWithin your first year, you will:\nBuild and improve AI agents for marketing and sales teams. \nCreate content that is actively used across campaigns and customer engagements. \nProduce engaging social and video content. \nHelp automate repeatable marketing workflows. \nDevelop expertise in Microsoft's AI ecosystem. \nBuild a portfolio of real-world AI, marketing, and content creation projects\nAbout You\nWe're looking for a motivated self-starter who is keen to build a career in marketing or technology.
