Working closely with members of our HR team in India and around the world, you will gain practical exposure across the employee lifecycle while supporting day-to-day HR programs, processes, and employee initiatives.\n\nThis role is intentionally broad and developmental. confidentiality, and responsible use.\nResponsibilities\nHR & Employee Support\nSupport day-to-day HR activities and routine employee questions, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate HR team member. \nAssist with employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee changes, internal movements, and offboarding. \nHelp maintain accurate employee information, documentation, trackers, and HR records. \nSupport preparation of employee communications and HR resources. \nPartner with HR colleagues to help provide a consistent and positive employee experience. \nHR Programs & Operations\nProvide administrative and project support for global and regional HR initiatives. \nAssist with maintaining HR documentation, templates, process guides, and standard operating procedures. \nSupport HR reporting, data collection, and basic analysis. \nHelp coordinate HR programs, meetings, events, and employee initiatives. \nIdentify opportunities to simplify and improve HR processes and employee resources. \nUse approved AI tools appropriately to support activities such as research, drafting, summarizing information, organizing content, and improving everyday productivity. \nBring curiosity to how AI and automation could improve HR processes and the employee experience while following Eptura's expectations around confidentiality, data protection, and responsible AI use. \nEmployee Experience & Engagement\nSupport employee engagement, recognition, culture, and wellbeing initiatives. \nAssist with communications and activities that help employees stay informed and connected. \nPartner with colleagues in India to help create a strong local employee experience. \nSupport opportunities for employees to connect across teams, functions, and locations. \nLearning & Development\nHelp coordinate learning and development activities as needs arise. \nAssist with scheduling, communications, participation tracking, and learning resources. \nSupport the development and organization of employee and manager resources. \nGain exposure to broader talent and people-development initiatives across Eptura. \nGlobal HR Partnership\nCollaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and other colleagues globally. \nParticipate in HR projects that provide exposure to different areas of the employee lifecycle. \nBuild relationships with stakeholders across India and other Eptura locations while learning how HR operates within a global organization. \nLook for opportunities to share learning, ideas, and new ways of working across the HR team. \nAbout You\nRecent graduate or early-career professional with 0-2 years of experience. \nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline preferred. \nGenuine interest in building a career in Human Resources. \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills. \nOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. \nComfortable working with data, spreadsheets, technology, and new digital tools. \nCurious, proactive, and eager to learn. \nInterested in understanding how AI can be used responsibly to improve productivity, problem-solving, processes, and the employee experience. \nWilling to experiment with new ways of working and continuously develop digital and AI skills. \nAble to exercise discretion
