In this role, you will maintain APIs, connectors, and integrations across key business systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, and other third-party applications. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements, support application deployments, resolve integration issues, and contribute to process improvements. Working within an Agile environment, you will help deliver reliable, scalable integration solutions that support business operations.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, configure, and support integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Mule 4.\nMaintain MuleSoft APIs, connectors, and integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, and other external systems.\nDevelop, build, deploy, test, and troubleshoot MuleSoft applications.\nAssist with application releases, testing, debugging, and production issue resolution in collaboration with senior team members.\nDevelop and maintain integrations using RESTful and SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and DataWeave transformations.\nConfigure and maintain third-party MuleSoft Anypoint Connectors.\nGather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.\nParticipate in business process design and identify opportunities to improve integration workflows.\nWork within an Agile/Sprint methodology, contributing to planning, estimation, development, testing, and delivery activities.\nEstimate the level of effort required for system enhancements, configuration changes, and integration improvements.\nCreate and maintain clear documentation for integrations, processes, configurations, and policies.\nSupport the onboarding and training of local and remote users.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure integrations remain reliable and effective.\nAbout You\n2+ years of experience as a MuleSoft Developer, including hands-on MuleSoft configuration and integration development.\nFoundational to intermediate understanding of Mule 4 architecture, components, and integration concepts.\nHands-on experience developing, building, deploying, testing, and supporting MuleSoft applications.\nGood knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and DataWeave.\nExperience working with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and third-party Anypoint Connectors.\nExperience gathering and understanding business and technical requirements and translating them into integration solutions.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to estimate development effort and work effectively within Agile sprint cycles.\nExperience creating technical, process, and policy documentation.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to support and train users across local and remote teams.\nSalesforce configuration and/or NetSuite knowledge is an advantage.\nMuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 certification is preferred.\nBenefits\nHealth insurance fully paid-Spouse, children, and Parents\nAccident insurance fully paid\nFlexible working allowance\n25 days holidays\n7 paid sick days\n13 public holidays\nEmployee Assistance Program\n\n Eptura Information\nFollow us on Twitter | LinkedIn | Facebook | YouTube\nEptura is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
