You'll connect product priorities and engineering execution, keeping work organized, clearly specified, and moving forward on our Jira kanban boards.\nThis is a role for someone who is curious, organized, and eager to learn how great software products are built. You don't need prior experience in product management. You do need strong attention to detail, clear communication, demonstrated capabilities in using AI, and a genuine interest in how technology solves real-world problems.\nResponsibilities\nManage and maintain the Jira kanban board: keeping tickets well-organized, clearly described, and appropriately prioritized in collaboration with engineering leads. \nHelp triage incoming product enhancement requests and customer-reported defects, gathering the context engineers need to act on them. \nWork with AI to write clear, structured user stories and acceptance criteria that translate business needs into actionable engineering tasks. \nCoordinate with engineers to track progress, surface blockers, and ensure items move efficiently through the AIDLC stages. \nParticipate in requirement-gathering conversations with product managers and stakeholders, capturing key decisions and open questions. \nAssist in drafting functional specifications and supporting documentation for new or enhanced product features, also working with AI. \nSupport basic testing activities: reviewing completed work against acceptance criteria and flagging discrepancies. \nContribute to ongoing improvement of our AIDLC processes and team ways of working. \nAbout You\nWe're looking for a motivated self-starter who is keen to build a career in product or technology. The following will set you up for success in this role:\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English: you'll be writing tickets, specs, and summaries that engineers and stakeholders rely on. \nHigh attention to detail and a methodical approach to organizing information. \nComfort working in a structured, process-driven environment: you like things to be clear, tracked, and accounted for. \nCuriosity about how software products are built and a willingness to ask questions. \nFamiliarity with project or task management tools (Jira experience is a plus). \nA proactive mindset: you spot gaps, follow up, and take ownership of your work. \nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. \nStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess AI outputs, identify limitations or risks, and recommend improvements to enhance product value. \nAI-related experience: \nUnderstanding of AI fundamentals, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, automation workflows, and responsible AI principles. \nExperience using AI tools to improve productivity: research, data analysis, content creation, or workflow automation, either through academic, personal, or professional projects.
