Job Description

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Eptura, you will serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to enterprise and strategic prospects throughout the sales cycle. You’ll engage deeply with customers to understand their business objectives, craft tailored solutions, and demonstrate how Eptura’s integrated platform can deliver measurable business outcomes.

In addition to leading complex enterprise opportunities, you will act as a senior resource within the Solutions Engineering team -providing mentorship, deal coaching, and technical guidance to fellow Solutions Engineers. This is an opportunity to expand your influence, share best practices, and help elevate the team while remaining actively engaged in customer-facing strategic work.

This is far more than a demo role. Live demonstrations are one output of a broader set of responsibilities that includes discovery, technical validation, RFP responses, proof-of-concept management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic deal support. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to shape deal strategy and ensure our offerings align with customer objectives.

This position is based in London with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and will involve travel (up to ~25%) for customer meetings, workshops, or events. Strong skills in virtual presentations, digital collaboration, and asynchronous communication are important for hybrid effectiveness.
