Every Patient Matters.\n In this full-time role, based in Richmond, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and managing a range of Epworth Medical Foundation’s donor facing and funded events and selected internal and external branded events and activities for Epworth HealthCare. You will be part of the Epworth Medical Foundation team and report to Group Manager Events.\nYou will make an impact by:\nCreate detailed plans for all events\nPlan and organise events with key tasks including (but not limited to)Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers\nManage the hiring of key event contractors (production agencies, venues, security etc.)\nCoordinate all operations from event development, through to bump-in, event delivery, bump-out and post event review\nEnsure adherence to event budgets\nLead promotional activities for the event\nSupervise event staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)\n\nAdministrative tasks including contract review and invoicing, related to event planning\nLiaise with site-based Brand Managers and divisional management to promote events where required\nEnsure events are completed on-brand and smoothly\nAnalyse event success and prepare associated reporting\nAssist in the administration of all events including invitation lists, RSVP’s and fundraising activities such as raffles\nManage meeting room bookings and venue selection for internal stakeholders as required\nAnalyse event success and prepare associated reporting\nTo be successful in this role…\nYou will have:\nHighly organised with excellent diligence and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time\nProven experience managing significant special events of up to 600 people\nTertiary qualification in relatable field (eg.
