In this Full-Time role based in our Richmond hospital, you will be working within Epworth Healthcare's Prosthesis Supply Team.\nThis role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient supply of prosthesis to meet the operational demands of the business. The role is accountable for inventory integrity and visibility, ensuring that effective controls are in place to record usage and arrange prompt replenishment of stock.\nYou will make an impact by:\nEnsuring the safe, timely and efficient supply of prosthesis to operational and theatre staff.\nWorking closely with the Patient Revenue Team to ensure accurate invoicing of prosthesis items to health funds.\nMaintaining accurate documentation of items used in surgery.\nEstablishing robust processes and controls to minimise revenue leakage and stock loss.\nDeveloping strong relationships with key stakeholders (theatre staff and doctors).\nPosition Description Inherent Requirement\n To be successful in this role you will have:\nDemonstrated experience, ideally 2+ years working in a healthcare environment.\nExperience working with Prosthesis is highly desirable, but not essential.\nStrong understanding of medical terminology.\nProven ability to work within a team environment and to meet deadlines.\nWorking knowledge and experience with a large ERP system (e.g. TechOne).\n At Epworth, it’s a community.
