Come and help us reimagine what's possible.\nYou will make an impact by\nOverseeing the planning and delivery of on-site technical support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests noting demand from hospital stakeholders.\nMaintaining strong operational discipline across asset management, device lifecycle, security compliance, and technology standards.\nProviding clear, data-driven reporting and insights to Director of Service Delivery highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.\nIdentifying opportunities for improvement, recommending tools, processes, or automation that enhance productivity or reduce risk.\nPosition Description Inherent Requirements\n You will bring:\nFormal qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.\nExtensive technical/people management experience (Minimum 5-10 years)\nDemonstrated leadership experience managing a medium-sized technical team (10+ direct reports) with proven capability in coaching, performance management, and capability development.\nStrong background in end-user computing, infrastructure, and on-site technology operations.\nProven ability to build strong business relationships and influence senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted technology partner.\nSolid understanding of IT governance, security, compliance frameworks, and enterprise technology standards.\nCertifications in ITIL and/or relevant technical domains.\nExperience in asset lifecycle management, procurement processes, and vendor engagement.\nExperience translating business needs into technology solutions and driving continuous improvement initiatives\n Why Join Epworth?\nAt Epworth, it’s a community.\nIt’s the sense of belonging and being part of an organisation and a team that works to make sure that every patient matters.
