They include:\nPeople\nElevate \nPassion\nWe want our employees to feel great about their jobs, and that means encouraging growth and advancement, listening to employee feedback, recognizing a job well done, giving back, and adopting a culture of trust and respect.\nAbout the Role:\nRegional Property Services Inc. is seeking an Assistant, Building Technicianto join our team, to support our building located at 4840 Bank St., Gloucester, ON K1X 0N2.\nIn this role, you’ll complete suite turnovers including painting, drywall repairs, fixture replacements, and general cleanup, while also assisting with day-to-day maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC support.
