Everything we do is made in consideration of people, the planet, and our space.\nWe are looking for an organized, analytical, and collaborative individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator.\nTHE DETAILS\nYou’ll be joining our Winnipeg team in a permanent, full-time, on-site capacity.\nReporting to the Director of Procurement & Sales Operations, you’ll coordinate inventory transactions between EQ3 and our third-party logistics partners. You’ll help ensure products move accurately, efficiently, and on time while contributing to a positive delivery experience for our customers.\nYou’ll also:\nPrepare weekly shipping CSV files for EDI submission to third-party logistics partners.\n\nCoordinate store transfers, customer deliveries, and pickups.\n\nMonitor inventory records and help ensure accuracy across physical inventory and company systems.\n\nIdentify inventory discrepancies and take the appropriate steps to investigate and resolve them.\n\nAssist with monthly inventory logs and communicate relevant information to the Compliance Officer.\n\nCoordinate the handling and transfer of AS IS inventory, including transfers from third-party warehouses to EQ3 outlet locations.\n\nReview open-order and aging-order reports and help ensure orders are completed accurately in STORIS.\n\nEnsure completed deliveries and pickups are properly processed and fulfilled each day.\n\nFollow up regularly with third-party logistics team leads to review service levels and customer expectations.\n\nProvide guidance regarding incomplete or partial deliveries.\n\nAudit and reconcile weekly third-party logistics invoices.\n\nUpdate delivery fulfillment information when required.\n\nPartner with Store Managers to support delivered-sales results.\n\nCommunicate delivery issues to Customer Care and provide the necessary photographs and supporting information.\n\nHelp ensure appropriate quality-assurance standards are followed when product packaging has been altered.\n\nMaintain positive working relationships with store leadership, delivery partners, Customer Care, and other internal teams.\n\nParticipate in monthly meetings regarding new products, operational changes, quality concerns, and related topics.\n\nHelp ensure stockrooms are organized and prepared for internal audits.\n\nStay informed about applicable warehousing, material-handling, shipping, and health and safety requirements.\n\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\n\nYOUR EXPERIENCE\nYou have two years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain management, inventory control, or a related role.\n\nYou have experience working in a retail stockroom, warehouse, distribution, or third-party logistics environment.\n\nYou understand warehouse, transportation, inventory, and delivery-management processes.\n\nYou are comfortable working with inventory-management software, databases, and related systems.\n\nExperience working with STORIS is considered a strong asset.\n\nYou have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\nYou are highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident investigating discrepancies.\n\nYou use sound judgment when balancing operational requirements, costs, and customer needs.\n\nYou can work independently while collaborating effectively with stores, Customer Care, and third-party partners.\n\nYou have a high school diploma or equivalent.\n\nPost-secondary education in business, logistics, warehousing, transportation, supply chain management, inventory control, or materials management is considered an asset.\n\nYou can stand or walk for extended periods and safely lift products weighing up to 75 pounds, when required.\n\nYou are available to work on-site in Winnipeg, Manitoba.\n\nWORK LIFE AT EQ3\nA company that supports work-life balance with paid time off.\n\nCompetitive compensation and benefits.\n\nEmployee discounts.\n\nA collaborative workplace where your ideas and contributions are valued.\n\nOpportunities to develop your skills and grow within the organization.\n\nEQ3 is committed to providing a respectful and inclusive workplace.
