Everything we do is made in consideration of people, of the planet and of our space.\nWe are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Polo Park Store Team as an Operations Supervisor.\nTHE DETAILS:\nYou'll be joining our store team in a full-time capacity\nAct as Manager on Duty (MOD) as required, providing leadership coverage in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager\nSupport daily store operations and provide ongoing guidance to the Stock Associate team and other store members\nRespond to customer inquiries related to service parts requests, shipping dates, product availability, pricing, and product quality concerns\nAssist with live customer support, including phone lines and live chat, investigating and resolving concerns in a timely manner\nComplete weekly cycle counts accurately, including variance investigation and resolution\nReceive and process incoming shipments in accordance with company procedures, while maintaining a clean and organized stockroom\nMaintain inventory logs, including damages, reverse logistics, vendor credits, and AS IS inventory\nPartner with the Visual Coordinator and store leadership to support pricing updates and operational readiness for floor sets\nSupport operational reporting, audit preparation, and completion of operational checklists\nCoordinate facility maintenance and repair requests with store leadership as needed\nParticipate in Health & Safety inspections and support operational compliance within the store\nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:\n1-3 years of retail operations, customer service, or inventory management experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity\nExperience with inventory processes, including cycle counts and stock management\nStrong customer service and problem-solving skills\nProficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications\nExperience with Storis and SharePoint is considered an asset\nHigh School diploma/GED required;
