Earnings vary and are not guaranteed.\nCompetitive benefits package and paid time off.\nEmployee discounts on EQ3 products.\nProduct training and tools to support your success.\nWellness programs and opportunities for professional development and career growth.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nAs a Sales Associate, you’ll guide customers from their first conversation through product selection and purchase, helping them find furniture that fits their needs, space, and budget.\nYou will:\nBuild rapport, ask thoughtful questions, and identify buying needs.\nPresent relevant products and explain their features, quality, and customization options.\nPrepare accurate quotes, address questions and objections, and close sales.\nFollow up on inquiries and quotes to turn interest into purchases.\nBuild a client base through ongoing relationships, repeat business, and referrals.\nTake ownership of your sales opportunities and meet or exceed individual targets.\nMaintain strong product knowledge and work with your team to deliver a positive customer experience.\nWHAT YOU BRING\nExperience in retail, consultative, or commission-based sales.\nA track record of achieving sales goals and following through on customer opportunities.\nConfidence explaining value, handling objections, and asking for the sale.\nStrong communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.\nInitiative, accountability, and motivation to grow your results.\nAn interest in furniture and a willingness to learn.\nAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.\nFurniture or interior design experience is an asset, but it is not required.\nABOUT EQ3\nEQ3 creates modern furniture with an emphasis on thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and lasting everyday use.
