Continuous Improvement initiatives.\nAssist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.\nHelp standardize and simplify business processes across departments.\nCoach/mentor/train team members to optimize and upskill.\n\nAutomation & Digital Transformation\nDevelop automation solutions to reduce manual effort and repetitive tasks.\nCreate tools and workflows that improve productivity and data accuracy.\nSupport implementation of workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives.\nPartner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.\n\nERP & MRP Optimization\nSupport continuous improvement of ERP and MRP business processes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting, and system utilization.\nParticipate in testing and implementation of system enhancements and new functionality.\nAssist with troubleshooting and resolving process-related system issues.\n\nAI & Business Technology\nLeverage tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and other AI technologies to improve business processes.\nDevelop AI prompts, templates, and best practices for business users.\nResearch insights that support data-driven decision making.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nCollege diploma or university degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in business analysis, supply chain, operations, process improvement, or a similar role.\nExperience working with ERP systems and business data.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\nExperience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools.\nExperience with Power BI, Power Query, or Power Automate.\nExperience with lean tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen, one-piece flow, & Kanban.\nProject management skills to execute strategy CI, Lean plan utilizing and other methodologies.\nBasic knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data tools.\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with NetSuite, Epicor or other ERP/MRP systems.\nDemand planning, purchasing, supply chain experience\n\nKey Competencies\nContinuous Improvement
