This role works closely with customers, internal teams, suppliers, and transportation providers to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods while maintaining high standards of customer service, compliance, and continuous improvement.\nResponsibilities\nPlan and coordinate logistics operations by liaising with customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and transportation companies.\nManage transportation, storage, delivery, and administrative activities between suppliers and customers.\nMonitor quality, quantities, delivery timelines, and transportation costs.\nTrack shipments and monitor inventory and stock movements.\nUpdate and report on deliveries, inventory levels, and dispatch requirements.\nEnsure accurate and timely order entry, ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) processing, and order fulfillment through the ERP system.\nCreate and record incoming shipments and receipts accurately in the system.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nResolve logistics, transportation, import/export, or customer-related issues and escalate when necessary.\nMaintain performance metrics and reports to evaluate logistics effectiveness.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.\nServe as the primary point of contact for customers regarding logistics and delivery matters.\nPrepare and provide logistics reports to customers, including tracking, delivery times, and costs.\nEnsure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and health and safety standards.\nMonitor packaging and labeling accuracy to ensure safe transportation and correct delivery.\nAssist with new business initiatives, projects, and participate in review meetings.\nQualifications\nMinimum of 3+ years of proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.\nExperience working with logistics software, including WMS and ERP systems.\nStrong ability to multitask and manage multiple processes across the supply chain.\nHigh level of analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.\nKnowledge of logistics-related safety standards, regulations, laws, and
