This role supports production uptime through proactive maintenance, timely repairs, and adherence to safety and quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform routine and preventive maintenance on facility equipment, machinery, and systems.\nInspect equipment and systems to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.\nSchedule and coordinate repairs with internal teams and external vendors as needed.\nInstall mechanical and technical equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications to support production timelines.\nExecute preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment life and optimize performance.\nDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues; respond quickly to minimize downtime.\nRepair machinery and equipment to maintain production continuity.\nSupport production staff in resolving equipment-related issues and returning to full operation.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards and evaluate production floor conditions for safe equipment use.\nPerform a variety of maintenance tasks including mechanical, electrical, and basic structural repairs.\nComplete repair and rework of EQI and customer components to meet drawings and specifications.\nMaintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation.\nKeep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED required\n4+ years of experience in industrial or equipment maintenance\nStrong working knowledge of mechanical systems and skilled trades (e.g., electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry)\nAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints\nExperience with preventative maintenance systems and troubleshooting techniques\nFormal training or certifications in mechanical, electrical, or related fields preferred\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and climb for extended periods throughout the workday\nAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally more with assistance\nMust be comfortable working in industrial environments, including exposure to noise, heat, cold, and dust\nAbility to work at heights, including ladders and elevated platforms\nManual dexterity to operate tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment\nAbility to perform repetitive
