You will manage implementations with a strong customer focus, coordinate stakeholders across the project lifecycle, and contribute ideas that make our onboarding processes even more scalable and effective.Own and coordinate end-to-end customer implementation projects for EQS compliance solutions, from kickoff and planning through go-live and handover. \nGuide customers through project milestones, timelines, deliverables, trainings, and workshops to ensure a smooth and transparent onboarding experience. \nTranslate customer needs into structured implementation plans, advise on configuration decisions and rollout approach, and contribute feedback that helps improve our products and internal processes. \nCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering and other internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and resolve issues proactively. \nManage project delivery by monitoring timelines, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and next steps in a structured and customer-oriented way. \nSupport go-live preparation, validate key implementation documentation, and collaborate with Customer Success and Support to ensure a smooth post-launch handover that sets the foundation for long-term customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.\nTHIS IS YOU\nYou identify with EQS values and bring a responsible, respectful, and trustworthy way of working. \nYou have completed a university degree, vocational training, or gained comparable professional experience in a customer-facing environment. \nYou bring first professional experience in B2B SaaS, software implementation, onboarding, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role. \nYou enjoy managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders, and you know how to keep tasks structured and moving forward. \nYou have a solid IT affinity and feel comfortable learning new software products, workflows, and system-related topics quickly. \nYou are confident using MS Office and working in a structured way with documentation, timelines, and customer communication. \nYou have C1-level proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
