III/Sr responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insights.\nDesign, develop, and analyze data solutions that transform raw data into meaningful information to support business decision-making.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions with a strong focus on usability, performance, and data accuracy.\nProvide technical guidance and support to end users, including conducting office hours, troubleshooting issues, and sharing dashboard and analytics best practices.\nDocument solution architecture, data models, technical designs, processes, and development standards.\nClearly communicate solution designs, analytical findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nWork independently while collaborating with internal customers and cross-functional teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver project requirements.\nRequired Experience and Skills:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field.\n6+ years of experience in dashboard development, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related area.\nMinimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with TIBCO Spotfire dashboard development and administration.\nStrong SQL experience, including functions, stored procedures, Row-Level Security (RLS), and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).\nExperience with or working knowledge of technologies such as: Data lakes and modern data architecture, Databricks, Power BI, GitHub, Python, R and Salesforce\nExperience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, accelerate analysis, and streamline technical documentation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address moderately complex business and technical challenges.\nAbility to quickly learn and adapt to evolving technologies, tools, and business requirements.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.\nStrong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.\nMust be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.\nPreferred Experience and Skills:\nOil and gas industry experience is strongly preferred.\nRemote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana,
