We are looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer to join our team in Timișoara and build infrastructure for the whole company, across all our sites, with a focus on our full-stack software framework and our measurement activities. You will work closely with our IT Manager from day one. Over time, the role will also support our SoC / hardware modeling team.\nMain Duties and Responsibilities\nOwn CI/CD, build and release pipelines for the quantum software stack (Python, C/C++), including simulator and hardware-in-the-loop testing.\n\nAutomate the flow of data from lab instruments and measurement setups into central storage, with experiment tracking and traceability.\n\nDesign data infrastructure that scales across sites: storage, backup, retention and access policies.\n\nManage lab and engineering compute as code, and run observability (logging, metrics, alerting) for internal services.\n\nProgressively support the SoC / HW modeling team with simulation compute, job scheduling, license servers and regression pipelines.\n\nEvaluate and, if pursued, build GPU infrastructure for ML / LLM training and serving.\n\nWork with the IT Manager on identity, networking, security and cloud accounts, so DevOps and IT form one coherent setup.\n\nExperience and Qualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.\n\n4+ years of experience in DevOps, platform, SRE or build/release engineering.\n\nStrong Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash, Python).\n\nHands-on experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins), Docker and Kubernetes or similar.\n\nInfrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) across on-premises and cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP).\n\nSolid networking and security fundamentals.\n\nFluent English and the ability to work with physicists, hardware and software engineers.\n\nDesired:\nExperience with HPC, EDA or scientific computing environments (Slurm, license servers).\n\nLab automation or data acquisition (QCoDeS, PyVISA) and experiment tracking (ClearML, MLflow).\n\nData engineering (object storage, HDF5/Parquet, PostgreSQL) or GPU / ML infrastructure.\n\nIf you want to build the platform behind a quantum computer
