Driven by commercial impact, you will partner directly with enterprise clients to architect, build, and deploy technical solutions leveraging Equal1’s silicon spin QPUs. This role requires outstanding communication skills to bridge complex technical systems with high-stakes enterprise execution.\nThe Field Applications department is the commercial strike team engineered for high-stakes execution. We deliver quantum computing to the market by uniting software systems integration, scientific formulation, and compelling technical storytelling to close enterprise deals. Operating at the intersection of business, quantum information science, and software / hardware / systems engineering, our team serves as the vital bridge between internal R&D teams, business partners, external collaborators, and clients.\nMain Duties and Responsibilities\nServe as the primary technical point of contact for commercial engagements. Establish technical credibility with client executives and engineering teams during discovery, pre-sales, through sale and delivery.\n\nDeliver live technical pitches, represent the company at industry events / conferences, and run on-site or remote hardware and software demonstrations.\n\nAssess customer infrastructure and technical requirements, understand Equal1’s system capabilities, and act as a bridge between customers and internal engineering teams to architect suitable solutions and support deployment planning.\n\nSupport virtualization, system services, and commissioning logistics for on-prem system deployments.\n\nProvide project management and operational support for client delivery, and partner evaluation for commercial integrations.\n\nProvide ongoing technical support, system administration, and troubleshooting for customer implementations and partner systems.\n\nSupport development of whitepapers, use cases, data sheets, and executive presentations. Contribute technical input in script production, video assets, and media content to elevate product and company visibility.\n\nAct as the strategic interface between commercial strategy and internal R&D.\n\nExperience and Qualifications\nRequired\nDegree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.\n\n2-4 years of relevant work experience.
