# Technical Program Manager – Cryomechanical & Quantum System Integration

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support the delivery of Equal1’s cryomechanical and quantum system integration roadmap. In this role, you will manage the research, development, prototype production, and delivery of our in-house cryogenic cooler technology and integrated quantum computing systems. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical program management experience, excellent organisational skills, and a solid understanding of complex scientific, semiconductor, or advanced engineering equipment development. You will work with internal teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturing partners to ensure prototypes are delivered on time, on budget, and ready for early customer deployments. Main Duties and Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of cryomechanical and quantum system integration programs, from R&D through prototype delivery. Build and maintain program plans, including timelines, owners, dependencies, critical paths, budgets, and deliverables.
