This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.\nAs part of the role, you'll develop specialist knowledge and become a subject matter expert in areas such as Working Time Regulations, Police Regulations, Staff Working Conditions and force policies, providing advice and guidance to officers and staff across the organisation. The role requires problem-solving, decision-making and effective communication skills, as you'll work closely with departments across the force to balance resources and maintain operational resilience.\nThe team currently works flexibly between 0700 and 1700hrs, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 6 weekends and benefits from a hybrid working arrangement.
