Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end development of scalable features and systems from design to deployment.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to craft delightful user experiences.
  • Optimize for performance, reliability, and maintainability in every line of code.
  • Participate in system design discussions and code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
  • Write clean, testable, and efficient code, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in one or more of the following: Java, Go, Python, Kotlin, or JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js ).
  • Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile environments.
  • A bias for action and a knack for solving real-world problems at scale.
