If that's you, we'd love to talk.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nBe the friendly, reliable link between our Delivery team and Account Managers, keeping everyone in the loop with clear, timely updates\n\nCapture project requirements in detail and turn them into tasks the Media Buying and Reporting teams can execute\n\nBuild genuine, trusting relationships with client stakeholders and stay ahead of their expectations\n\nCoordinate tasks across the Media Buying and Reporting teams, making sure deadlines are met without the last-minute scramble\n\nOwn the task pipeline in our tracking tools (ClickUp), keeping statuses, owners, and deadlines accurate so everyone always knows where things stand\n\nGet new projects set up cleanly and on time, so campaigns can kick off without any friction\n\nKeep an eye on task queues and flag anything overdue or unassigned early, before it turns into a blocker\n\nTailor task templates to each client's contract so teams have everything they need for a smooth launch\n\nKeep project documentation accurate and up to date\n\nLook after our internal documentation (SOPs, project cards, and Wiki entries), keeping it current and genuinely useful\n\nLog internal communications so nothing slips through the cracks between handoffs or gets buried in a busy thread\n\nWho You Are\n\nYou have a natural instinct for organisation and detail. A tidy tracker and a clear SOP genuinely make your day\n\nYou communicate clearly in writing. You document well and raise issues early rather than hoping they'll sort themselves out\n\nYou can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball. Fast-paced environments energise you rather than wear you down\n\nYou take ownership and follow through. People know they can count on you without having to chase\n\nWhat You'll Need\n\nMust have\n\n1+ year at a digital marketing agency as a Project Manager or Account Manager. This is the experience that matters most to us\n\nAdvanced English. We have team all over Europe and US - communication is key.\n\nConfidence with Google Workspace: Drive, Meet, Sheets, Calendar, and more\n\nFamiliarity with project tracking tools (ClickUp)\n\nStrong attention to detail.
