The team is responsible for developing, validating, and monitoring how the assessments land. On top of that, the team translates research insights into actionable points for both the team and the users.\n\nAs our Behavioural Scientist, you will manage various stages of science projects, from early literature research and study design to execution and insights implementation. You will be working closely with two Behavioural Scientists and a Data Scientist, and report to the Science Manager.\n\nThese are things you will be doing on a regular day:\n\n Conduct literature reviews and synthesis your conclusions;\n\n Take ownership of science projects and behavioural research from end-to-end;\n\n Report your research design and statistical findings;\n\n Collaborate with the team in game development;\n\n Explain nuanced scientific concepts in a clear and accessible way for internal teams and external audiences.\n\nAbout you\n\nWe’re looking for someone who cares deeply about shaping the world of unbiased hiring. You believe in the power of science to improve recruitment processes and make selection more effective and equitable. You’re well-organised, curious, and genuinely interested in (organisational/behavioural) psychology. You enjoy working with data, grounding your opinions in evidence, and continuously improving how you work.\n\nSome things on our wish list:\n\nHard Requirements\n\n You’re fluent in English;\n\n You have a background in organisational psychology or behavioural psychology;\n\n You are interested in the psychology behind recruitment or assessments;\n\n You understand how to interpret scientific research papers and statistics.\n\nNice-to-haves\n\n You are detail-oriented;\n\n You have experience in assessment development.\n\nFeel like you don’t meet all of the requirements?
