As an Account Manager at Equativ, you will have the opportunity to work hands-on within the front lines of the online advertising industry. You will be responsible for a variety of internal and external management functions, including but not limited to establishing and maintaining long-lasting client relationships, monitoring our Managed Service offerings, and working collaboratively across multiple internal teams.\nKey day-to-day responsibilities\nWork collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction by supporting, advising, and communicating challenges in need of attention.\n\nRetain customers by providing outstanding customer service and timely responses.\n\nOversee end-to-end campaign lifecycle by managing campaign timelines, owning the campaign calendar, and ensuring all client deadlines are met.\n\nMonitoring the performance and measuring the success of all campaigns while serving as a POC for internal teams such as Sales, Product Development, Finance, and Engineering teams to ensure consistent and smooth delivery of all campaigns.\n\nPartner with Sales to ensure all accurate campaign information and materials are captured and entered into internal systems for implementation.\n\nWork with internal and external teams to drive business goals and help our clients exceed their KPIs.\n\nMaintain and optimize workflow systems to support streamlined operations, improve process transparency, and ensure key information is accurately maintained for efficient team execution.\n\nProactively make UX/UI suggestions to enhance internal tools and platforms as well as improve platform usability for clients.\n\nWho you are\nBachelor's degree (Advertising, Communications, or other business-related field)\n\n1+ years of professional experience and/or internships preferred\n\nAI curiosity and willingness to leverage AI tools\n\nStrong communication skills -
