You replace fragmented handoffs with true end-to-end account ownership.\nWhat you'll do:\nEnd-to-end ownership of a portfolio of strategic Maestro accounts (Tier 1 and Tier 2 agencies, trading desks, and advertisers), acting as the client's single point of contact from kick-off to results.\n\nCreation, setup, and optimization of campaigns and programmatic deals with diverse KPIs on Maestro, our curation and activation platform.\n\nHands-on support and guidance to clients on the setup of their activation strategies: audiences, curation, and formats (display, video, CTV, native), ensuring each campaign is built to deliver.\n\nContinuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of delivery and performance, identifying and resolving discrepancies or technical issues proactively.\n\nReporting and presentation of results for strategic campaigns, translating data into insights and actionable recommendations for the client and for account growth.\n\nTraining and technical support to clients on Maestro, empowering agency and trading desk teams to activate autonomously.\n\nStrategic coordination with the Supply team to maximize deal and campaign performance, and with dedicated Sales to surface uplift, renewal, and upsell opportunities.\n\nCollaboration with internal teams (Product, Analytics, Support) to tailor and develop solutions according to specific client needs.\n\nWhat you need:\n3+ years of proven experience as an account manager, trader, or trafficker in digital advertising, ideally on the programmatic side.\n\nSolid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (SSP, DSP, deal types, curation).\n\nExperience in the setup and management of programmatic deals or connections.\n\nTechnical ability to identify and implement tracks, tags, VAST, VPAID, etc.; working knowledge of adservers.\n\nStrong client-facing skills: comfortable building reports and presenting campaign results and recommendations to senior stakeholders.\n\nPrevious experience working with brands or agencies based in LATAM/Mexico;
