# Data Analyst Senior

The Data Analyst plays a critical role in the EWS Sales Intelligence & Customer Insights team, identifying Finance and Sales user requirements and delivering technology solutions that effectively address those needs. Fulfilling this mission enables our team to generate meaningful business insights, understand customer behavior, and accelerate business growth. You will be responsible for synthesizing complex data across multiple, disparate systems-such as CRM databases (Salesforce), revenue data warehouses, and transactional operational applications-to derive actionable insights regarding sales pipelines, strategic pricing models, and customer behavior. Operating in an Agile environment, you will architect data pipelines, optimize dashboards, and expand our analytical coverage across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs). What you'll do: Dashboard Solutions & Delivery: Build, design, and enhance 80+ active dashboards serving over 60,000 annual report views. Identify user requirements and build functional mock-ups to conceptualize dashboard designs aligned with technical feasibility. Data Pipeline Architecture: Architect ETL pipelines using SQL, Python, and JSON to engineer robust data
