You will also be expected to work closely with a range of internal stakeholders and the wider Data & Analytics community to develop and deliver initiatives.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign and deliver analytical insights to internal stakeholders and external clients\nLook for opportunities to enhance our recoveries capabilities through the use of data-driven decision-making across both public and private sector clients\nMonitor and improve customer outcomes through data management and analysis\nShape and put into practice standards and processes that will empower recoveries performance management\nCollaborate with and provide support to team members, internal colleagues and external clients on recoveries performance matters\nWhat skills and experience you need\nGood problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail\nAbility to translate business objectives into an analytical agenda\nExperience with database environments and dataset manipulation using analytical software such as SQL/Python/R/Excel\nInterpersonal and relationship building skills, with confidence and ability to influence others\nExperience of delivering high quality output to tight deadlines\nWhat could set you apart\nBachelor’s degree in a numerical subject (Mathematics, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent\nPrevious experience of designing, delivering and improving collections strategies\nWe believe great things happen when teams connect.
