If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.\nWhat you’ll do\nArchitect, design and implement smart solutions in GCP/AWS using Cloud Native capabilities.\nEstablish the high-level Solution Intent for given project or problem statement\nEstablish responsibilities of major logical components of the solution in collaboration with other team members\nDevelop architecture deliverables necessary to illustrate system behavior, including usage models, and cost of ownership models and failure analysis model\nEnsure that the solution is aligned with the technology strategy, uses standard solution building blocks and can be built and operated in an efficient manner aligned with economic value of the project\nDevelop, analyze, split, and prioritize work required to implement the system’s non-functional requirements\nProvide technical oversight of implementation, keeping the final build and overall implementation aligned with the solution intent\n What experience you need\nBS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent job experience required\n10+ years experience, with 5+ years of experience architecting and developing software in the public cloud.\nExperience in monitoring infrastructure and application uptime and availability to ensure functional and performance objectives.\nExperience in one or more languages such as Python, Bash, Java, Go, JavaScript and/or node.js\nDemonstrable cross-functional knowledge with systems, storage, networking, security and databases\nPartner with Engineering, and SREs to analyze any outages or resiliency issues and provide remediation steps\nExperience with microservice best practices and design patterns\nExperience with event driven architecture and immutable data management patterns (CQRS)\nProficiency with continuous integration and continuous delivery tooling and practices\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills\nKnowledge of containerization and orchestration\nCloud Certification Strongly Preferred\nKnowledge of agentic design standards, designs the overall system architecture that align with business goals, and makes the technology decisions that everyone else builds within.\nHands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and multi-agent frameworks etc\n What could set you apart\nAn ability to demonstrate successful performance of our Success Profile skills, including:\nApplication Development/Programming - Experience working with software design, programming languages (preferably Python, Java, Javascript) and solution architecture. Knowledge of Event Driven Architecture, Functional/Object Oriented Programming\nCloud Services (AWS/GCP) - Leveraging cloud native GCP/AWS service while architecting particular product/platform\nDevSecOps - Need to have a strong understanding of both security and DevOps principles. They need to be able to design and implement solutions that meet the security and compliance requirements of the organization. Ability to work with developers and operations teams to ensure that the solutions are implemented in a way that does not impact the development or deployment process.\nTechnical Communication/Presentation - Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to tailor to specific audiences. Work with others to achieve results and proactively address sources of conflict and emotion with focus on the best solution for Equifax\nTechnology Advising/Consulting - Understand business goals and how to use technology to achieve them. Understand the IT environment and the challenges the unit is facing. Develop a technology solution that will help achieve the BU goals.
