Provide strategic direction and guidance to the teams, aligning their efforts with the broader organizational strategy. Conduct regular project status meetings, reporting on progress, addressing issues, and adjusting plans as necessary. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of software projects with broader business initiatives. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance team performance and project delivery.\n What experience you need\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience as a Platform Engineer or related occupation with experience in programming and running production systems or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience as a Platform Engineer or related occupation with experience in programming and running production systems.
