Our schedule is built around 4 days of high-impact, in-office collaboration (Monday-Thursday), paired with Friday Flexibility to wrap up your week remotely. \nThis position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.\nThis position is not open to third-party vendors or C2C. \nIn person interviews are required.\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign, develop, and operate high-scale conversational AI applications, virtual agents, and interactive assistants.\nArchitect multi-turn dialogue flows, state management, context retention, and intent/entity routing.\nDesign, deploy, test, and maintain serverless fulfillment webhooks, microservices, and backend APIs.\nBuild, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for building, testing, and deploying virtual agent configurations and fulfillment services.\nEstablish enterprise security, identity management, and data encryption controls across conversational platforms and integrations.\nBuild scalable pipelines for conversational data, telemetry, analytics, and knowledge store integrations (e.g., RAG patterns).\nApply modern software development practices (serverless computing, microservices architecture, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code).\nParticipate in technology roadmap and architecture discussions to turn business requirements into production-ready virtual agents.\nWork across teams to integrate conversational interfaces with enterprise databases, CRMs, and internal systems.\nTriage product or system issues and debug, track, and resolve performance bottlenecks across webhooks and service integrations.\nManage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables within a collaborative engineering environment.\nActively participate in Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and Agile team activity.\nWhat experience you need\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.\n7+ years of software engineering experience building scalable, cloud-native solutions.\n5+ years experience writing, debugging, and troubleshooting production code in mainstream languages (e.g., Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Java).\n5+ years experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using serverless computing or containerized environments.\nAny amount of experience designing, building, and deploying conversational AI solutions using enterprise platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, AWS Lex, Azure Bot Service, Rasa, or custom LLM frameworks).\nExperience deploying and releasing software using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code concepts (e.g., Terraform).\nExperience designing and consuming REST/gRPC APIs, webhooks, and middleware integration patterns.\nWhat could set you apart\nAI Tooling & Generative AI: Experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), agentic architectures, tool/function-calling, vector databases, and prompt engineering.\nAdvanced DevOps: Deep expertise customizing Jenkins shared libraries, automated test integration within CI/CD pipelines, and Helm Charts.\nCloud certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect).\nExperience integrating voice channels, Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), or telephony platforms (e.g., Twilio, Genesys).\nExperience with big data processing, streaming analytics, or data pipeline tools (e.g., Kafka, Spark, Airflow).\nDeep understanding of automated testing frameworks for conversational flows, webhooks, and REST APIs.\nSelf-starter that identifies and responds to priority shifts and complex architecture challenges with minimal supervision.\n#LI-KD1\nWe offer comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, 401k matching, paid time off, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.\nAre you ready to power your possible?
