Our schedule is built around 4 days of high-impact, in-office collaboration (Monday-Thursday), paired with Friday Flexibility to wrap up your week remotely.\n\nThis role reports to our office in Alpharetta, Georgia.\n\nThis position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.\n\nThis is a direct-hire role and is not open to C2C or vendors.\n\nWhat you’ll do\nDefine and evolve the ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap aligned with business needs\n\nLead solution design across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITOM,HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SAM, GRC, SecOps, Integration Services, AI, ITSM/DevOps)\n\nEstablish and enforce platform standards, design patterns, and governance\n\nDrive adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities and releases, Experience designing scalable,resilient infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments\n\nProvide architectural guidance and thought leadership across projects to ensure security, data integrity, scalability, and upgradeability\n\nPartner with other Architecture disciplines and Platform/Product teams, to ensure that ServiceNow is well integrated and strategically positioned within the enterprise ecosystem.\n\nAbility to evaluate, integrate, and govern AI tools within existing technology ecosystems\n\nDevelop reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and design templates\n\nMentor ServiceNow engineers and foster a community of practice\n\nWhat experience you need\n7+ years experience in enterprise or solution architecture with a proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale, enterprise-level systems across multiple domains\n\n3+ years of deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design\n\nDemonstrated success in architecting large-scale, complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules\n\n3+ years and expertise in core ServiceNow components: Service Catalog, Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB, Discovery, Performance Analytics, Custom Apps, etc.\n\nStrong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, GRC, or other key ServiceNow modules\n\nExperience with integration design patterns and technologies (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.)\n\nHands-on development experience: JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, ServiceNow Studio/App Engine\n\n1 year or more experience with agentic AI architectures, AI skills development, and practical application of GenAI in enterprise environments\n\nWhat could set you apart\nKnowledge of networking, compute, storage, and security architecture patterns\n\nDemonstrated experience with Generative AI technologies and platforms including GitHub Copilot, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude\n\nAbility to leverage cloud-native GCP/AWS services while architecting particular products and platforms\n\nExperience with multi-cloud design patterns and cloud migration strategies\n\nStrong understanding of both security and DevOps principles\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub (version control, Actions, workflows), and automated deployment processes\n\nAbility to design and implement solutions that meet the security and compliance requirements of the organization\n\nExperience working with developers and operations teams to ensure that solutions are implemented in a way that does not impact the development or deployment process\n\n#LI-Hybrid !!\n#LI-KC\nWe offer comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, 401k matching, paid time off, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.\nAre you ready to power your possible?
