If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.\nSynopsis of the role: The Technology Rotational Development Program (RDP) is a 2 year formalized training with rotations in a Site Reliability Engineer role.\nWhat you’ll do\nWork in a DevOps environment contributing to build and run of small scale and fault-tolerant systems.\n\nAssist with the creation of new tools and scripts for auto-remediation of incidents.\n\nParticipate in measuring and monitoring system impairments and outages.\n\nAssist the cloud operations team in resolving system issues.\n\nGain experience by cross-training in the various areas within the Technology organization and other key related functions.\n\nAssist with the creation of new tools and scripts for auto-remediation of incidents.\n\nWork closely with development and operations teams assisting in building highly available and cost effective systems.\n\nParticipate in measuring and monitoring system impairments and outages.\n\nAssist the cloud operations team in resolving system issues.\n\nWhat experience you need\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or equivalent field\n\nAvailability for full-time employment by June 2027 (Spring 2027 graduation dates)\n\nDetail-oriented and timeline driven with an emphasis on accuracy and results.\n\nAbility to understand the big picture as well as pay attention to detail.\n\nProven creativity, problem solving and decision-making ability.\n\nExcellent leadership, teamwork and service skills.\n\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\n\nWhat could set you apart\nExperienced working with and developing with Java\n\nExposure/knowledge of cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Azure)\n\nYou have foundational knowledge/exposure to Agile/SDLC methodologies\n\nWe offer comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, 401k matching, paid time off, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.\nAre you ready to power your possible?
