You are ideal for this position if you are a forward-thinking, committed, and enthusiastic software engineer who is passionate about technology.\nWhat you’ll do\nRotational 24/7 Coverage: Provide dedicated hands-on support and incident response in a 24/7 rotational shift environment (including night shifts, weekends, and on-call rotations).\nIncident Management & Triage: Investigate, debug, and resolve Tier 2/Tier 3 technical issues, production tickets, and application anomalies reported in Jira/ServiceNow to ensure strict SLA compliance.\nMonitoring & System Health: Continuously monitor microservices, system integration flows, and Linux server environments to proactively identify performance bottlenecks and system failures.\nRoot Cause Analysis (RCA): Perform deep-dive log analysis and post-incident root cause investigations for complex outages, driving permanent resolution items across engineering teams.\nEnvironment & Deployment Maintenance: Execute standard operational tasks including environment configuration changes, system updates, application deployments, file backups, and routine health checks.\nEscalation & Collaboration: Serve as the primary operational liaison to core development teams-escalating unresolvable software defects while driving cross-team action items to completion.\nRunbooks & Documentation: Create and update technical documentation, system runbooks, and SOPs to streamline incident resolution and team onboarding.\nWhat experience you need\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\nMinimum 2 to 5 years of experience IT support\n2+ years experience working with Linux scripting, troubleshooting, resolving issues within SLA.\n2+ years of experience with cloud-based solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
