Collaborate effectively with architects, SREs, product managers, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals..\nMentor and develop: Guide and mentor a talented team of software engineers, quality engineers, and site reliability engineers. Foster their growth through performance management, coaching, and career development opportunities.\nCommunicate effectively: Clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences while working with a team of work closely with architects, SREs, product managers, and other stakeholders. Build strong relationships and foster open communication within the team and across the organization. \nLead a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.\nEstablish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.\nFoster a collaborative and innovative team environment.\nDesign and develop complex, scalable, and secure applications using .NET Core, .NET Framework, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.\nArchitect and implement microservices and serverless solutions on GCP.\nEnsure applications meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.\nDrive the adoption of modern software development practices, including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.\nLeverage GCP services to design, deploy, and manage cloud-based applications.\nImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.\nUtilize Infrastructure as Code tools to manage and automate infrastructure provisioning.\nLead the resolution of complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.\nTriage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on network, or service operations and quality.\nActively participate in project planning, estimation, user story grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and efficiency.\nDocument code and processes to enable knowledge transfer and team efficiency.\nContribute to the technical roadmap and architectural vision.\nEvaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and application performance.\nWhat experience you need\nA Bachelor's degree with 10-14 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 5 years managing offshore teams.\nA deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, with proven experience implementing Scrum practices.\nStrong understanding of software development, cloud technologies, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello). \nA proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams, including performance management, coaching, and hiring.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.\n10+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.\n3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), including designing and deploying cloud-native applications.\n3+ years of experience with source code management (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.\nWhat could set you apart\nGCP Cloud Certification.\nUI development experience (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap)\nExperience in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, XP)\nRelational database experience (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL)\nExperience with Atlassian tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, and Github)\nWorking knowledge of Python, APIGEE and Kubernetes deployment\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to work well in a team\nWe offer a hybrid work setting, comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, attractive paid time off, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.\nAre you ready to power your possible?
