The program provides meaningful projects with direct impact on our business as well as exposure to senior leaders and opportunities to network.\nWe believe great things happen when teams connect. Our schedule is built around 4 days of high-impact, in-office collaboration (Monday-Thursday), paired with Friday Flexibility to wrap up your week remotely.\nWe offer two career tracks for our internship program:\nSoftware Development\n\nSite Reliability Engineering\n\nSoftware Development is a discipline where you’ll apply technical skills to design, build, and maintain the company’s innovative solutions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nContribute to projects, write, test, and debug code for software applications and internal tools.\n\nBe part of an Agile team responsible for design and development of micro-services for the next generation product implementations, including: Design, Development, Unit test cases, Bug Fixes, Code Review, Testing, and Technical Documentation.\n\nDevelop microservices code, frameworks and patterns with guidance from more senior developers.\n\nUnderstand the overall architecture of the application.\n\nCollaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features\n\nUnderstand implementation of versioning, logging, auditing, security frameworks.\n\nResponsive design and development following best practices.\n\nTroubleshoot production issues with our Customers & practice sustainable incident response and postmortems.\n\nWrite code using programming and/or scripting languages.\n\nContribute towards the AI Agentic Development.\n\nWhat could set you apart\nFamiliarity with OOD/OOP design and patterns.\n\nExperience with Microservices and cloud services and tools.\n\nStrong analytical, structured problem solving, and decision making abilities.\n\nAbility to adapt to quickly changing project requirements and continuous feedback.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile development practices and good software engineering practices.\n\nUnderstanding of AI principles and practices\n\nSite Reliability Engineering (SRE) is a discipline that combines software and systems engineering for building and running large-scale, distributed, fault-tolerant systems.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, implement and maintain services in Google Cloud with monitoring, logging and alerting - from inception and design, through deployment, operation and refinement.\n\nMaintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.\n\nTroubleshoot production issues with our Customers & practice sustainable incident response and postmortems.\n\nBe part of an on-call rotation to support production systems.\n\nBuild and manage systems, infrastructure and applications through automation.\n\nWrite code using programming and/or scripting languages.\n\nCommunicate with Operations & Product team members.\n\nBuild and Manage CI/CD pipelines.\n\nWhat could set you apart\nKnowledge of Cloud Services and/or GCP and general-purpose programming languages.\n\nKnowledge in demonstrated interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile development practices.\n\nInterest in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting complex solutions.\n\nAbility to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.\n\nExperience with algorithms, databases, networks, security, or software design.\n\nAbility to adapt to quickly changing project requirements and continuous feedback.\n\nWhat experience you need\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other Technology-related field\n\nExpected Graduation - May 2028\n\nExperience or coursework in Java or Python or similar programming languages.\n\nWe offer comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, 401k matching, paid time off, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.\nAre you ready to power your possible?
