You will provide strategic and commercial leadership for your discipline, supported by our executive leadership team, principal consultants, and dedicated finance, HR, recruitment, and marketing professionals.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProvide technical leadership across multidisciplinary consulting engagements while maintaining visibility with key clients and stakeholders. Oversee discipline-level technical governance, review processes, and quality assurance in close partnership with the Chief Technical Officer.\nDefine and execute a three- to five-year strategic growth agenda in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team.\nBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, succession planning, mentoring, and strong people leadership.\nDrive business development and market expansion by leveraging your professional network alongside Equilibrium’s established client relationships and reputation.\nOwn the financial performance of your discipline, including profitability, forecasting, and P&L accountability.\nMonitor business performance against strategic objectives and provide clear reporting and insight to support executive decision-making.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nA Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a relevant technical discipline.\nMore than 15 years of industry experience within your area of expertise.\nDemonstrated success in senior leadership, team development, and strategic client relationship management.\nExperience working within multidisciplinary mining consulting teams.\nA strong understanding of project, business unit, and enterprise-level financial management, governance, and reporting.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nA mature leadership style, with a demonstrated commitment to mentoring, succession planning, and developing future technical leaders.\nWhy Equilibrium\nJoin a collaborative, forward-looking firm where senior leaders have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to culture, capability, and long-term strategy.
