Our teams are driven by a shared commitment to excellence, collaboration and making a real impact to the lives of our clients and customers.\nRole Summary\nEQ Retirement Solutions are looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst within the Administration department.\nThe main purpose of the role is to support operational excellence by identifying, analysing and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, increase quality and reduce operational costs. The role will work across operational and project teams to review end-to-end processes, implement Lean improvement methodologies and establish performance measures that deliver sustainable business benefits.\nCore Duties/Responsibilities\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the following:\nPartner with operational delivery teams, project managers, contractors, development teams and wider stakeholders to identify and deliver process improvements.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives across Life & Pensions Operations using Lean and best-practice methodologies.\nAnalyse current business processes, mapping inputs, outputs and workflow activities to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.\nBuild strong stakeholder relationships to secure engagement, support and buy-in throughout the improvement lifecycle.\nChallenge existing ways of working and facilitate effective problem-solving to deliver measurable operational improvements.\nConduct root cause analysis to identify trends, recurring issues and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.\nIntroduce and monitor performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and sustainability of implemented improvements.\nIdentify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies that may impact successful delivery.\nSupport the creation, review and sign-off of project documentation, recommendations and improvement plans.\nProduce reporting on continuous improvement activity, delivery progress, efficiency gains and realised benefits.\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, learning and constructive challenge.\nProvide coaching and guidance to operational teams to embed continuous improvement principles and practices.\nThe duties and responsibilities outlined above are to be regarded as broad areas of responsibility and do not necessarily detail all tasks which the post holder may be required to perform.\nSkills, Capabilities and Attributes\nThe ideal candidate will have the below skills, capabilities and attributes essential or preferred.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using Root Cause Analysis techniques such as Fishbone, 5 Whys and SIPOC.\nProven experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives and operational change programmes.\nExcellent knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.\nDemonstrated ability to influence and engage operational managers and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge constructively and drive positive outcomes.\nExperience of analysing and interpreting business and customer requirements to support project scoping and delivery.\nExcellent communication, presentation and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.\nStrong numerical and analytical capability with experience analysing large and complex datasets.\nAbility to train, coach and support teams in continuous improvement tools and techniques.\nExcellent planning, organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.\nExperience within pensions, financial services or regulated environments is desirable.\nKnowledge of defined benefit pension administration is desirable.\nWhat We Offer\nSave For Your Future - Equiniti Pension Plan; Equiniti matches your pension contributions up to 10%\nHealth and Wellbeing - Employee Assistance Programme: counselling, legal & wellbeing support for colleagues and their households.
