Based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, we are a well-established pension administrator with over 1.5 million customers across the UK. We pride ourselves on giving the very best service to all our customers and we’re now hiring.\nFull training will be provided, so you’ll be able to handle every call confidently and provide exceptional customer service.\nThe role is not sales-related but you will have realistic key performance indicators to meet. Our working hours are on a rotational basis that cover the hours of 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday, which supports our commitment to a healthy work/life balance.\nYou’ll be joining a highly engaged and dynamic organisation, which is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
