Analyst to join our Finance team, providing operational and analytical support across accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement operations, financial control, planning and reporting.\nThis role will see you join a new, devolved Finance function at Lenvi and play an important role in its development.\nWorking closely with the Head of Procurement, the wider Finance team and stakeholders across different business units, you will help ensure that Lenvi's purchasing needs are met in a timely and effective way\nPlease note that this will be a hybrid working role, with a minimum expectation of three days per week based in our Leeds head office.\nKey Responsibilities\nCarry out day-to-day accounts payable, including invoice validation, supplier queries, supplier/one-off payments, remittance advice, expenses and travel in line with policy.\nManage purchasing administration, including NetSuite POs, approvals, supporting documentation, credit card reconciliation and accurate spend records.\nCoordinate supplier invoice validation and queries, including complex contractual/usage-based invoices, and oversee supplier, one-off, expense, travel and credit card payments in line with controls.\nSupport supplier operations through record/tracker maintenance, onboarding and due diligence, straightforward renewals and supplier spend reporting.\nCarry out accounts receivable, including customer records and billing profiles, sales orders, recurring, ad hoc and volume-based invoicing, and customer portals.\nMonitor debtor balances, support credit control, allocate/reconcile receipts and maintain accurate cash collection information.\nSupport bank and balance sheet reconciliations, period management, journals, month-end close and management reporting within defined controls.\nSupport forecasting, budgeting and cash flow through data maintenance, variance analysis and accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting inputs.\nProduce analysis and insight for operational and commercial decisions, ensuring financial models, forecasts and reporting accurately reflect business activity.\nMonitor Finance and supplier mailboxes, respond to routine enquiries, maintain records/audit trails and escalate complex or time-critical matters.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, controls, data quality and reporting, while contributing to team effectiveness and professional development.\nSupport wider Finance and Procurement activities and perform ad hoc tasks as required.\nAbout You\nPart-qualified or working towards AAT, CIPS, CIMA or ACCA, or equivalent relevant experience.\nExperience in finance or procurement operations covering one or more of purchase administration, AP, AR, billing, purchasing, month-end or management reporting.\nGood numerical and analytical skills, strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nAbility to follow financial controls, maintain supporting evidence and work within segregation-of-duties requirements.\nAbility to investigate routine invoice, PO, billing and reconciliation queries and know when to escalate.\nClear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers.\nExperience using finance systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.\nNetSuite experience is desirable.\nAbility to prioritise recurring deadlines and varied transactional work in a fast-paced, changing environment.\nA proactive, collaborative approach and continuous improvement mindset.\nThis is an opportunity for
