Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. \nJob Summary\nThe Supervisor, Event Services, is a working leader responsible for supervising a team while also managing a smaller portfolio of assigned clients. This position oversees the coordination and successful delivery of investor relations webcasts, conference calls, and other corporate communications events.\nThe Supervisor supports their team by establishing priorities, monitoring event coverage, coaching team members, and serving as an escalation point for client and operational issues. The individual also maintains direct responsibility for assigned client relationships and events, requiring the ability to balance competing priorities in a high-volume, high-visibility environment supporting time-sensitive investor relations events and peak earnings-season activity. \nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nLead, support, and develop a team responsible for coordinating and delivering investor relations webcasts and conference calls.\nProvide coaching, feedback, and ongoing development support to team members.\nEstablish and track individual performance goals and development plans.\nEnsure daily event volume is appropriately assigned, covered, and executed effectively.\nBalance competing client, event, and team priorities while maintaining service quality and meeting deadlines.\nFacilitate quality-control checks to ensure events meet client specifications and internal standards.\nServe as an escalation point for client concerns, technical issues, service disruptions, and other operational challenges.\nCollaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, coordinate resources, and support successful event delivery.\nRecommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and service quality.\nStay current on webcast, conferencing, streaming, and virtual-event technologies, as well as relevant industry trends and competitor offerings.\nManage a portfolio of assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact throughout planning, preparation, execution, and follow-up.\nCoordinate the delivery of live and on-demand webcasts, conference calls, and related corporate communications events.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in business administration, communications, media production, computer science, management information systems, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of a degree.\nFive or more years of relevant professional experience in webcasting, conferencing, virtual events, live production, event operations, or a related environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to communicate confidently and professionally with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels.\nStrong organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to remain composed and make sound decisions during live-event issues or client escalations.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nAbility to work outside standard shift hours when needed to support live events, client requirements, or operational coverage.\nMultilingual communication skills are a plus.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with webcast platforms, conference call services, live-streaming technologies, and on-demand media.\nExperience using CRM, ticketing, project-management, or work-management platforms.\nKnowledge of audio and video production workflows, streaming, video encoding, and basic networking concepts\nWork Schedule\nThis position follows anywhere between 1:00PM - 1:00AM PH time, but this is also reviewed and adjusted on a quarterly basis, based on business needs.
