It significantly influences stakeholders, customers, partners, and resource allocation, ensuring strong collaboration and customer focus throughout all stages of delivery. The position involves leading complex technical and professional initiatives, applying expertise across diverse and often unpredictable situations while coordinating subject matter experts to resolve challenges. Strong operational leadership is required, including risk assessment, continuous improvement, and advising on standards, tools, and best practices. The role drives innovation, evaluates the impact of emerging technologies, and communicates complex concepts effectively to a wide range of audiences. It also promotes learning, champions security and ethical practices, and applies deep industry and business knowledge to help define standards for others.\n\nCore Duties/Responsibilities\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the following:\nLine Management responsibility for Engineers within the Engineering home.
