Combining hospitality, events, communications and workplace coordination, you’ll help create an environment where people feel welcomed, connected and supported.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nCreate a Great Workplace Experience\nWelcome employees, visitors and guests and create a positive experience from arrival to departure.\nManage the welcome experience, including visitor check-in, badging and host notifications.\nBuild strong relationships with employees and become a trusted point of contact for workplace questions and support.\nLook for opportunities to surprise and delight our customers and make their workplace experience even better.\nHelp new hires navigate CRE services and connect them with the right teams when additional support is needed.\nBring Our Community Together\nCreate a welcoming and collaborative office environment through events, activities and everyday interactions.\nPlan and deliver engaging on-site events, from concept and promotion through to execution.\nSupport office-wide meetings, All Hands and catering requirements.\nCreate engaging communications using channels such as Outlook, Viva Engage and Office Raven.\nCapture and share office moments that help build engagement, connection and culture.\nKeep the Workplace Running Smoothly\nPartner with CRE colleagues, landlords, vendors and service providers to deliver a seamless workplace experience.\nCoordinate vendor services, contracts and service expectations, resolving issues when needed.\nSupport workplace requests through the office ticketing system and make sure queries reach the right team.\nCoordinate meeting rooms, deliveries, mail, security badges and other day-to-day workplace needs.\nSupport catering and event budgets while balancing quality and cost effectiveness.\nKeep People Safe\nMake the safety and security of employees and visitors a priority.\nBe familiar with emergency procedures and know when and how to escalate an issue.\nIdentify and communicate potential security or workplace concerns to the appropriate teams.\nFollow Equinix policies and procedures relating to visitors, workplace safety and security.\nParticipate in the site's emergency call tree and out-of-hours response process.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong customer-facing experience, ideally within hospitality, workplace experience or a similar service-focused environment.\nA genuine passion for creating welcoming and memorable experiences.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and confidence building relationships with a wide range of people.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nExcellent organisation and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nConfidence handling challenging customer situations calmly and professionally.\nComfortable using digital communication and social platforms.\nA proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to spot what needs doing before being asked.\nA four-year college/university degree or equivalent relevant customer or hospitality experience.\nA Bachelor's degree in Business Management is preferred but not essential.\nEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
