Your Responsibilities

• Receive, issue, and store customer orders and materials
• Manage, organize, and monitor warehouse inventory, including stock control and cycle counts
• Perform internal transportation using pallet trucks, hand trucks, and forklifts
• Carry out loading and unloading activities
• Review, process, and archive logistics-related documentation
• Conduct regular inventory and stock audits
• Ensure compliance with cargo securing requirements and safety regulations
• Properly dispose of packaging materials and waste
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Support continuous improvement of logistics and warehouse processes

What You Bring

• Completed vocational training in logistics, warehouse management, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in goods receipt, warehousing, or materials management
• Strong customer focus and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and in a structured manner
• High level of commitment, reliability, and accountability
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
• Proficiency in common computer applications
• Forklift certification is an advantage

Ihre Aufgaben

• Annahme, Ausgabe und Einlagerung von Waren und Kundenaufträgen
• Verwaltung, Organisation und Überwachung des Lagerbestands einschließlich Inventuren
• Innerbetrieblicher Transport von Materialien mittels Hubwagen, Ameise oder Gabelstapler
• Durchführung von Be- und Entladetätigkeiten
• Prüfung, Bearbeitung und Archivierung logistischer Dokumente
• Regelmäßige Durchführung von Bestandskontrollen
• Kontrolle der Ladungssicherung gemäß den geltenden Vorschriften
• Fachgerechte Entsorgung von Verpackungs- und Wertstoffen
• Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Lager- und Logistikbereich
• Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung logistischer Prozesse

Das bringen Sie mit

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Lagerwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Wareneingang, Lagerwesen oder Materialmanagement
• Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Anwendungen
• Staplerschein von Vorteil
