Applies established procedures and company policies to complete routine and semi-routine shipping, receiving, and documentation tasks. Works closely with internal teams, customers, and vendors to resolve shipment issues, support inventory tracking activities, and contribute to efficient site operations. Exercises judgment within defined guidelines and seeks guidance on new or non-standard assignments.\nResponsibilities\nShipping, Receiving & Documentation\nCoordinate the efficient receipt, processing, and delivery of customer shipments and materials.\nMaintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments in designated systems and tools.\nVerify shipment details, update tracking information, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.\nNotify customers and internal stakeholders when shipments have been received or delivered.\nInspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition, escalating or rejecting discrepancies as needed.\nUtilize shipment management tools and dashboards to monitor customer shipments and fulfillment status.\nCustomer & Operational Support\nPartner with internal teams, customers, carriers, and vendors to ensure timely shipment processing and delivery.\nAssist in resolving shipping, receiving, and logistics-related issues while providing excellent customer service.\nSupport equipment deliveries, removals, and movement activities within the data center following established procedures.\nAssist with customer packing and shipment preparation activities when requested through approved service processes.\nAsset & Equipment Tracking\nTrack stored, aging, and abandoned equipment using established business processes and tools.\nMonitor shipment aging and support follow-up activities for equipment stored beyond established thresholds.\nHazardous Materials Compliance\nFollow established hazardous materials handling and storage procedures.\nMaintain compliance with regional safety regulations and company requirements.\nEscalate non-routine hazardous materials situations to appropriate personnel.\nProcess Compliance\nApply standard operating procedures, policies, and guidelines to daily tasks.\nComplete semi-routine assignments independently while recognizing when escalation or deviation from standard processes is required.\nSupport continuous operational efficiency through accurate recordkeeping and adherence to established workflows.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, customer service, or a related field.\nExperience working with inventory, tracking, or shipment management systems preferred.\nHazardous materials certification or willingness to obtain certification preferred.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nEffective communication and customer service skills.\nThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:\nUnited States - DC21 Washington DC : 44,900 - 67,300 USD / Annual\nOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.
