Supports the overall team.\nResponsibilities\nSupports the team with coordinating large customer deliveries and resolving shipping or receiving issues, keeping records/logs of all materials\nApplies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks\nWorks on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice\nNormally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments\nDocumentation & System Updates\nCoordinates speedy and efficient delivery of goods to the required destination and obtains sign-off for receipt\nInforms recipients that goods ordered have been delivered\nShipping & Receiving\nMaintains records of materials received and shipped, within a semi-routine scope\nReceives goods delivered to the Data Center either directly or following acceptance by security\nEnters all relevant details of all inbound/outbound shipments and ensures order requirements are fulfilled\nUses shipment spotlight and shipment dashboard for customers inbound/outbound shipments\nInspects received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items where necessary\nProblem Solving\nProactively works and communicates with internal/external customers to ensure on-time deliveries\nMay assist with resolving difficult shipping and receiving issues\nInventory Management\nHazardous Materials\nFollows established procedures on hazardous materials, requires supervision on new assignments\nFollows and complies with hazardous materials within semi-routine protocols, as described by regional regulatory bodies\nEquipment\nTracks stored and/or abandoned equipment\nUses the aging shipment business processes/tools for Shipments over 5 days, 14 days, 30 days and 90 days\nData Center Support\nAssists with delivering and removal of customers equipment from cages through the use of established procedures\nWhen requested by a Smart Hand (SH) request, assists with packing customers equipment with packing material so that it can be shipped from the Data Center\nQualifications\nTypical Degree & Years of Experience\nTypically requires a high school diploma and 1-2 years of equivalent work experience\nRegional hazardous materials certification preferred\nThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:\nUnited States - SV4 Silicon Valley : 44,600 - 67,000 USD / Annual\nOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.
